Mrs. Fisher founded Driven Engineering in 2006. She has over 21 years of general civil engineering experience working on municipal, state, industrial, and commercial projects including: civil engineering design of highways and streets, traffic studies, rail spurs, small bridges, culverts, drainage improvements including lined and unlined open channels, site grading and drainage plans ranging from 0.25 acres to hundreds of acres, industrial site designs, facility/port security planning, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, water and sanitary sewer systems, State Highway design changes and access permit coordination, FEMA flood map revisions, Coastal and stormwater permitting, Corps permitting, pipeline routing and detailed design, and other infrastructure. Ms. Fisher is currently pursuing LEED credentialed professional certification as a result of a recent LEED project design being completed.

Mr. Reid has over 24 years of engineering consulting experience working on federal, state, county, local and private clients. In addition to owning his own engineering firm, he has worked for BCM Engineers, Delta Research Division of L3 Communications, Baskerville-Donovan, and PBS&J (now Atkins Global). Mr. Reid has expertise in landfills, program management support, civil design, utilities, elevated water storage tanks, lift stations, water booster stations, etc. Mr. Reid is the manager of our Florida operations, and provides senior leadership and management support to the firm.

Mr. Fisher is a US Army Veteran from Operation Iraqi Freedom who joined Driven Engineering in 2008. He has over 17 years of experience in the US Army and was supervisor of construction and reconstruction of various projects and monitored and inspected work of Iraqi contractors during construction and rebuilding of schools, clinics, and military base facilities in Iraq, while ensuring the safety of himself and his squad. Beyond his Army experience he has an additional 8 years experience as a construction inspector and CADD technician. Mr. Fisher is a skilled survey party crew chief, construction inspector, computer technician and CADD technician. He is a Lead Paint Certified RRP, QCIP Certified, and NCAT Road Tech Certified & Radiation Safety Certified.

Mr. Rogers is a general civil engineer with over 8 years experience in the design of streets and commercial site developments, including coordination with municipalities, State and Federal permitting agencies, utilities, and railroads. Mr. Rogers is currently pursuing LEED credentialed professional certification. His experience includes design of culverts, grading plans, storm water management plans, and CBMPP plans, preparing Letters of Map Revision (LOMRs) for FEMA approval, obtaining Turnout Permits, Grading and Landscaping Permits, and Drainage Permits from the Alabama Department of Transportation, Land Disturbance Permits and Tree Permits from various cities and counties, preparing NPDES permits and SWPPP or CBMPP plans, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil percolation tests, and Construction Inspection of ongoing projects.

Ms. Poore is a professional Geologist licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida with over 15 years experience in her field. She is the former Environmental Department Manager of Southern Earth Sciences. She is responsible for projects including Hazardous Waste Management (compliance audits, contamination assessments, hazardous waste characterization, and oversight of hazardous waste disposal), geologic and hydrogeologic computer mapping, pump testing, soil analysis and classification, site investigations for real estate transactions (including Environmental Site Assessments, Phase 1 and Phase 2), underground tank closures, hydrogeologic site investigations, soil and ground water remediation, risk based corrective action evaluations (risk assessments), compliance monitoring and statistical analyses of ground water for solid waste landfills, coordination of drilling crews, supervision of professionals and technicians, surveying, well sampling, SVE/sparge system monitoring and reporting, and site supervisor and boring logger for drilling and monitor well installations. Her site evaluation experience covers a range of project sites from 0.5 acres to 898 acres since joining Driven Engineering in 2006.

Mr. Bean is a general civil engineer with over 4 years experience. Mr. Bean’s responsibilities include design of streets and commercial site developments, including coordination with municipalities, utilities, and railroads. His current project focus is on Mobile County Flood Map Revisions project being completed as part of a NOAA Grant to Mobile County. This project includes HEC-RAS modeling of flooding sources, quality control checks, reality checks, and detailed mapping for the issuance of Letters of Map Revision on numerous streams in Mobile County, Alabama. Further responsibilities include project management and quality control inspection of road and drainage projects for clients within Mobile County. When working for Engineering Ministries International in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mr. Bean assisted in preparation of construction documents for projects in developing countries. He assisted in the organization and management of a team of architects and engineers from across the US and Kenya, and to design a wastewater and drinking water system for a college master plan in Western Africa. He also was an onsite project manager for a three story school building in San Cristobal, Guatemala. While in Guatemala he further performed as lead civil design for an elementary school in Chuixchimal, Guatemala.

Mr. Terry is a general civil engineer with just over 1 year of experience. Mr. Terry’s responsibilities include assisting our more seasoned engineers with design of streets, drainage, and other infrastructure with a focus on environmental engineering. He is also becoming well versed in project management and quality control inspection of road and drainage projects for governmental agencies like Mobile County. He has served as the onsite construction administration professional on several Mobile County Pay-As-You-Go projects and is skilled at generating auditable final documentation packages. He is also a Lead Paint Certified RRP.
